A general material label does not establish a waterproof rating, service life or performance in every room. Check product-specific claims against the selected supplier's documents.
Caramella's current kitchen worktop offering is quartz stone. Confirm the selected kickboard material and base detail in the project specification.
Caramella also uses marine-grade plywood where applicable. ENF and marine-grade describe separate specifications; confirm the exact board selected for the project.
ENF concerns formaldehyde emissions. The supplied 2025 GB/T 39600-2021 reports classify the tested samples as ENF; they do not establish the performance of every supplied board. A result below the report's detection limit does not establish an absence of formaldehyde.

Fit: Confirm the selected colour, height and finished-floor clearance in the drawings.
Scope
Caramella's work covers the cabinetry included in the written project scope. Structural, plumbing, electrical, tiling and ABCi work are excluded unless a written agreement states otherwise.
CNC fabrication and PUR edge sealing are part of our current cabinetry process. The selected materials, layout and project scope are confirmed in the approved documents.
How We Build It
1. Site Measurement
We visit your home to take precise measurements, noting wall straightness, floor levels, and electrical points.
Output: Accurate 3D designs of your space.
2. Design Approval
We finalize the layout, discuss materials and finishes, and ensure everything matches your functional requirements.
Output: A clear, final quote and timeline.
3. Precision Fabrication
Cabinet components are CNC-cut to the approved production drawings.
Output: Components ready for assembly.
4. Edge Sealing
PUR adhesive is used for edge sealing, as recorded in the current material specification.
Output: Edge-banded cabinet panels ready for assembly.
5. Quality Check
We carefully inspect each piece and install the hardware before it ever leaves our workshop.
Output: Completed cabinetry ready for your home.
6. Final Installation
Our in-house team installs your kitchen, leveling everything and leaving the space clean.
Output: Your completed project. Warranty scope is set out in the written project terms.
