Dry Kitchen & Dining Hub
Where the terrace allows a second run, the dry kitchen takes the coffee station, appliance stack and Raya serving ware. Splitting wet from dry is what stops the wet zone from becoming the whole kitchen.

Master plus secondary bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling carcasses with hang, fold and drawer zones set to your ceiling height, so the top shelf is usable rather than decorative.

Materials
Why the Carcass Spec Matters Here
Material and hardware selections are recorded against the project. The following are Caramella's current kitchen specifications; confirm the chosen options in the quotation.
ENF Plywood Carcass
ENF plywood is the standard kitchen carcass material unless another material is agreed and recorded for the project.
PUR Edge Sealing
Caramella currently uses PUR adhesive for machine-applied edge banding. Panel details are confirmed in the project specification.
Cabinet base and kickboard details
Confirm the selected kickboard material, finish and cabinet base details in the quotation.
Blum Hardware
Blum CLIP top is the primary hinge range, with DTC as an alternative. The chosen hinge and drawer hardware are specified for the project.
Scope note: Caramella builds cabinetry. We do not take on structural, plumbing, electrical, tiling or ABCi work — so if your Lambak Kanan renovation needs a wall moved or a supply line relocated, that is a separate trade and we will say so at the measure stage rather than mid-installation.

4 · Installation
Installation is arranged against the approved layout. The current warranty standard is 1-year structural; confirm the applicable coverage and terms in the written project documents.
