Plan around water, access and storage

Map the basin, tap, plumbing, mirror, door swing and available storage before choosing a vanity layout. Leave access for shut-off valves and future service work where the room requires it.

Confirm how the selected surface, cabinet edges, base and wall junctions will be finished. Cabinet materials do not replace correct plumbing, waterproofing or maintenance by the relevant trades.

Floating Vanity A wall-mounted layout can keep the floor area open. Confirm wall construction, mounting details, plumbing access and dimensions before approving the design.
Floor-Standing with PVC Base A floor-standing layout with the selected base detail recorded in the project quotation. Coordinate floor junctions and plumbing access with the relevant trades.
Double-Basin Configuration A double-basin layout can combine two basins with shared storage. Confirm the selected top, basin models, tap positions, drawer clearances and installation scope.
Mirror Cabinet Integration Wall-recessed or surface-mounted mirror cabinets with internal shelving. Provides concealed storage for toiletries without cluttering the vanity surface.
