White Kitchen with Island and Long Counter

A broad island stands in front of a long rear counter in this completed Caramella kitchen from 2020. The two room views show the white cabinetry as a central element and an extended run behind it, with a different emphasis in each photograph.

The island against the long rear counter

The opening image presents the island across the foreground and the rear cabinetry stretching behind it. The two counter edges form separate horizontal lines in the photograph: one close to the viewer and one against the back wall. White cabinet fronts appear beneath both, making it possible to compare the broad island face with the longer bank of cabinetry.

In the second view, the camera looks diagonally across the island. More of its counter surface is visible, while the rear run continues across the background toward the side of the room. The changed viewpoint shows the space separating the island from that run and makes their relationship easier to follow across the image.

The long rear counter is the continuous backdrop in both photographs. Viewing it first behind the island and then from an angle helps explain the arrangement of this kitchen with island without reducing the room to a single frontal view.
