Commercial cabinetry depends on the room, equipment and intended use. Settle the cabinet scope, measurements, material and hardware choices, installation responsibilities and schedule in the written project documents.

Site and equipment information Confirm room measurements, access, appliance or equipment models, service locations and any site constraints that affect the cabinet drawings.

Scope and responsibilities List the cabinetry included, its installation scope and the separate responsibilities of other trades. Confirm any required permits or approvals with the relevant authority.

Cabinet fabrication and coordination

Cabinetry is made off-site, with the agreed design and material choices recorded for the project. Coordinate other-trade work, site readiness and installation timing with the project team.

Cabinet drawings and timing Production lead time is typically 10–14 weeks from confirmation and customer sign-off of the production drawings. This timing covers production; delivery, site readiness, installation and the overall opening schedule are confirmed separately for the project.
