## Current build standards

- Carcass material: ENF plywood unless otherwise agreed.
- Edge sealing: PUR adhesive.
- Kitchen countertops: quartz stone.
- Coastal projects may use genuine Blum hardware and PVC kickboards where specified.
- Hinges: Blum CLIP top is the primary option; DTC is an alternative where applicable.
- Warranty: one-year structural warranty.
- Production lead time: typically 10–14 weeks from confirmation and customer sign-off of the production drawings. This is production timing, not a guaranteed whole-project completion period.

These specifications do not establish a third-party certification, a particular product's performance, or availability of every finish or accessory. Confirm the selected board, finish, hardware, accessory model, dimensions, warranty terms and timing in the project documents. Current Formica and PET colours should be checked against samples. Caramella is the distributor for HIGOLD. HIGOLD accessories come with a 2-year warranty. Subject to stock; confirm availability and cabinet compatibility. The current range is at https://caramellabrunei.com/higold.

Caramella also uses marine-grade plywood where applicable. ENF and marine-grade are separate specifications; do not combine them for a particular board without evidence that it meets both. ENF concerns formaldehyde emissions. The owner-supplied 2025 GB/T 39600-2021 reports support ENF classification only for the tested samples. A result below a report's detection limit does not establish an absence of formaldehyde. Neither label alone establishes waterproof or moisture-proof performance, mould prevention, antibacterial or purification performance, marine certification, a glue grade, swelling or delamination resistance, or a durability or lifespan guarantee.

Supplier brochure claims and warranties are separate from Caramella's approved 1-year structural warranty. Do not transfer supplier warranty duration or product-performance claims into Caramella's customer terms. Confirm the applicable written project warranty; no additional finish, moisture-damage, mould, hardware or accessory coverage is established here.
